Shipping policy
Product Availability:
We try our best to make sure that our products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or store credit.
Where we ship:
Currently we ship Australia-wide. The information about our shipping terms further below is for Australian customers only.
International shipping is currently unavailable, however we are working towards making this happen!
Shipping fees:
FREE standard shipping for orders over $120.
For standard shipping orders under $120 it’s an $10 flat rate.
For orders requiring Express Shipping, it’s a $14 flat rate fee regardless of minimum order spend.
Delivery turnaround time:
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.
For express shipping, orders are dispatched within 1 business day and express shipping times are estimated at between 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm an ETA for your delivery as well as a link to track your order.
For standard shipping, we use Australia Post and Sendle (usually Couriers Please or Amarex) from South East QLD. For Express Shipping we use Australia Post.
Can I change my shipping address?
If we have not sent you a shipping confirmation email yet, you may request to change the address. Once the shipping confirmation has been emailed we cannot make changes. Please ensure you add our email to your system so we don’t go into your Junk Mail box. The email you will receive our order and shipping confirmations from is info@thegentlemanssurfclub.com
Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
Do we ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship orders to PO boxes. For PO boxes we ship via Australia Post.
I have only received a portion of my order, when is the rest scheduled to arrive?
When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable. If an item is on backorder and on its way to us, we will contact you to check if you would like to wait for this item, or prefer a refund.
